Life’s Whirlwind

Do you ever feel like the days seem to fly by faster the older you get?

I wrote last year around this time about November being a busy month for me with lots of family birthdays, preparing holiday food to celebrate Thanksgiving Day here in the U.S., and my and my wife’s wedding anniversary. This year was our 45th.

My Novembers always fly. So do Decembers. They’re two of the busiest months of the year in my life.

As a creative, I squeeze my writing and creating art between the busyness and sacrifice time spent doing other things like eating full meals, sleeping eight hours, and blogging at least once a week.

Time for those will come in January and February, two of the longest months of the year.

That’s why I’m looking forward to sharing more of my time spent cartooning Louie and Bruce, as well as my college years writing and drawing Bruce’s Corner. Louie and Bruce appeared in a local newspaper, and Bruce’s Corner appeared in a satellite newspaper of the college I attended.

Plus, I still have some poetry to post, as well as updates on my forthcoming books featuring Ridgewood and some of the magical and macabre people and events there.

But more on that later.

A quick glance at the clock shows me that my time for blogging today is winding down, so with a friendly adieu, thanks for joining me today for this quick look at my crazy whirlwind life.

Until my next post, peace and love to every one of you, and a happy Thanksgiving on Thursday, the 27th, to my U.S. readers.
